Welcome to Durr Family Chiropractic

Before your first appointment, we ask that you please take a moment to fill out our online intake paperwork. This will help save you time during your visit, and it will help Dr. Sara get a better understanding of your past health history and how it pertains to your individual case. You will receive an email with your intake form upon booking a new patient appointment. 

Dr. Sara will go through your intake paperwork before your consultation to ensure she can fully understand your case. She will then sit down with you in the office to get the chance to officially meet you and learn more about you and what brought you in! This is also a time where Dr. Sara may ask you some more questions pertaining to you and your case, and we will discuss your goals for care at our office!  

After the consultation, Dr. Sara will perform a complete postural, orthopedic, neurological and physical examination with your consent. Depending on your health history and examination, Dr. Sara may take x-rays. If x-rays are needed we do NOT need to refer out! We can take the images in a matter of minutes right here in the office!  

Our goal is to get you out of pain as quickly as possible! A relief treatment will be provided at your first visit. Depending on your condition this may include; an adjustment, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, mechanical massage, therapeutic ultrasound, rehabilitation exercises, and/or muscle STIM etc... 

At your second visit, Dr. Sara will establish an individualized treatment plan with you that was created based off of all of the information collected at your first appointment. If x-rays were taken at your first appointment, this will be the time we go over those films and discuss the findings and how they pertain to your treatment plan.
