As a child I was very active and competed in sports year round. I began hitting growth spurts rapidly and reached my current height of 6'3 before reaching high school. This led to serious joint dysfunction and pain, ultimately resulting in many proposed surgeries. My parents decided to try a conservative route first and took me to their chiropractor. With regular adjustments and specific exercises I was able to continue being an active child, pain and surgery free! Chiropractic changed my life early on. I knew from that point this was the profession for me and I never looked back. It is my passion to be a provider that truly hears what my patients are saying while also giving them the relief from pain they've been looking for.
I was born and raised on a small family farm in Columbiana and I graduated from South Range High School in 2015. From there I went on to get my Bachelor of Science in biology with a minor in chemistry from Youngstown State University. Upon completion of my bachelors, I made the move to Davenport, Iowa to attend the first and largest chiropractic college in the world, Palmer College of Chiropractic. My journey here was the hardest yet most rewarding journey I've been on so far! In 2022, I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Palmer, and moved back to my hometown with the dream of one day opening my own clinic. With a lot more hard work, dedication, and countless hours of labor from friends and family, Durr Family Chiropractic officially opened our doors in November of 2023. I am so thankful to get to serve in a community that I have always loved so dearly and I can't wait to be a part of your chiropractic journey!
